1 Start the Vegetables
Cut potatoes into 1/2" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and ¼ tsp. salt. Massage oil, garlic pepper, and salt into potatoes.Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir in green bell peppers (prepared in a later step) and push to one side. Top with Parmesan. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While potatoes roast, prepare ingredients. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce
Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut green bell pepper into 1/2" dice.
Combine tomatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside.Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
3 Start the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops to hot pan and sear undisturbed until browned, 3-4 minutes on one side.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish Pork and Vegetables
Transfer pork chops to other half of baking sheet, seared side up. Top evenly with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender, cheese is melted, and pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-12 minutes.Remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, drizzling hot honey over pork chops. Bon appétit!
