Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Place diced peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray.

    Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until diced peppers are tender, 5-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add spinach and top with pasta, cream cheese, marinara, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt. Top with shredded cheese (reserve a pinch for garnish). Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.

    Microwave again uncovered until pepperoni is hot and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine, then top with reserved cheese. Bon appétit!

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until diced peppers are tender, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Add spinach and top with pasta, cream cheese, marinara, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt. Top with shredded cheese (reserve a pinch for garnish). Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
