    If using microwave,. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine mushrooms, red peppers, garlic, and marinara in a small bowl. Divide pepperoni, half the

    cheese, and mushroom mixture evenly in tortillas. Roll and place in provided tray.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through 5-8 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Garnish with tomatoes and remaining cheese. _If using oven, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine mushrooms, red peppers, garlic, and marinara in a small bowl. Divide pepperoni, half the

    cheese, and mushroom mixture evenly in tortillas. Roll and place in provided tray.. Place tray on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until warmed through, 12-14 minutes._ Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish with tomatoes and remaining cheese. Bon appétit! "
