    Combine poblano, corn, flour and 1 tsp olive oil in the provided tray. mix well. add ¾ cup of water, cream cheese and buttermilk seasoning. mix well. cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes. carefully remove and stir mixture, it should have began to thicken slightly. add pasta, cheese, and ¼ tsp salt. mix until cheese is combpletely melted. cover evenly with tri-tip and cover with a damp paper towl. microwave for 3 minutes until tri-tip is warmed through. garnish with crispy jalapenos.
