Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using chicken breasts, pat dry, and on a clean cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until burger is heated through, 18-20 minutes.

If using shrimp, drain thoroughly and pat dry. Follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine rice and corn in provided tray.Crumble ground pork over rice and corn. Top pork evenly with taco seasoning and 2 Tbsp. water. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until ground pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-17 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine, breaking up pork. -
Assemble the Tacos
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
Stem cilantro, reserving whole leaves.To serve, fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with sour cream, crispy jalapeños (to taste), and cilantro leaves. Bon appétit!
