Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine potatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Push to one side of tray

    Add the Meatloaves

    Combine ground pork, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into two equally-sized meatloaves. Place meatloaves in empty side of tray. Top evenly with marinara, cheese, then pepperoni.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 28-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Garnish meatloaves with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
