  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |

Customize It Instructions

  • If using chicken breasts, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, cooking until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, breaking up beef until no pink remains and beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

  1. 1

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground pork, pineapple, bok choy stems, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan.

Break up pork until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the Noodles and Sauce

Add noodles, bok choy leaves, teriyaki glaze, Sriracha (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper to pan.

Stir occasionally until noodles are warmed through, 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4
