If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim stems off Brussels sprouts and halve vertically (quarter if larger than a ping-pong ball).
Finely crush crackers.Combine crackers and grated cheese on a plate and spread into an even layer.Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. Place pork chops onto plate with cracker mixture and coat one side, pressing gently to adhere. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops, crust-side down, to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer pork to another plate. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Brussels Sprouts
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add Brussels sprouts, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and stir occasionally until water is almost completely evaporated, 3-4 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until Brussels sprouts are tender, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in softened butter until melted and combined.While Brussels sprouts cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic and parsley, a pinch of salt, and 1 Tbsp. water.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with sauce. Bon appétit!
