Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

  • If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.

    Core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds.

    Air Fry the Potatoes

    To use air fryer, place potatoes in basket. Toss with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for pork), 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer. Air fry at 400 degrees until potatoes are golden-brown and tender, 18-22 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

    Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add ingredients to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned and tender, 12-14 minutes.

    Carefully remove basket from fryer.

    While potatoes cook, continue recipe.

    Cook the Pork Mixture

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add ground pork, rotisserie chicken seasoning, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan.

    Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

    Stir in beef base and 2 Tbsp. water until combined, 1-2 minutes.

    Evenly top with cheese. Cover and cook undisturbed until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While pork mixture cooks, continue recipe.

    Toast Rolls and Finish Dish

    Heat rolls to your preference using a toaster or microwave.

    Alternatively, place buns directly on rack in hot oven, cut side up. Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling roll with ketchup, pork mixture, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayonnaise. Garnish potatoes with dressing. Bon appétit!
