Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Mix rice, 1 cup water, corn, and seasoning blend in bottom of provided tray. -
Add the Pork
Top rice with ground pork, breaking pork evenly into small clumps. Top evenly with 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, enchilada sauce, cheese._If using *turkey** or ground beef, follow same instructions._

Finish the Dish
Bake in hot oven until pork is browned and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If using ground beef, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, bake in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.Carefully, remove from oven. Garnish with crispy tortilla strips and sour cream. Bon appétit!
