Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-12 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until Impossible burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, mayonnaise, half the mushroom seasoning (reserve remaining for green beans), 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs. -
2 Cook the Meatballs and Mushrooms
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan and roll occasionally until browned all over, 4-5 minutes.Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and stir occasionally until mushrooms are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-5 minutes.While meatballs and mushrooms cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water, remaining mushroom seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Uncover meatballs. Add cream cheese and 1 tsp. water. Stir often until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.
If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce and garnishing green beans with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
