If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush pretzels in shipping bag.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Stem and chop dill.Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.Pat pork medallions dry. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and rotisserie chicken seasoning. If you receive a whole pork tenderloin, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, slice into medallions, 3/4"-thick. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans and shallots to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 2 Tbsp. water, garlic salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until green beans are tender, 2-4 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in 1 tsp. dill (to taste) until combined.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Pork
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork medallions to hot pan. Cook until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Medallion thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner medallion, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce, Toast Pretzels, and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine creme fraiche, cheese, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt.
Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted, 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir in mustard (to taste). Set aside.Combine crushed pretzels and butter in another microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until pretzels are toasted, 30-60 seconds, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave. Set aside.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with sauce. Garnish vegetables with pretzels. Bon appétit!
