Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, breaking up burger and baking uncovered in hot oven until burger is heated through, 20-22 minutes.

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 16-18 minutes.

  • If using ground chicken, follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 22-25 minutes.

  • If using steak strips, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains and steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

    Prepare the Noodles

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine noodles, carrots, snow peas, teriyaki glaze, and 1/4 cup water in provided tray. Top evenly with pho concentrate.

    Add the Pork

    Break up ground pork and place on noodles. Top with seasoning blend and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-24 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir to combine, then garnish with sambal (to taste). Bon appétit!
