Cooking Guidelines

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim cucumber, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/4” half-moons.
Pat chicken dry and season all over with piri piri seasoning (use less if spice-averse). -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Make the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine dressing, lemon juice, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Set aside.

4 Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
Add half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), cabbage, spinach, cucumbers, and a pinch of salt to mixing bowl with dressing. Stir to combine.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with chicken. Garnish with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
