Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, butternut squash, 2 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and place in empty half of tray. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Top chicken evenly with mayonnaise and pretzel breading, pressing gently to adhere.Top chicken with dressing. Bon appétit!
