Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Trim ends off green beans.. Add green beans and cook 1 minute. Add ¼ cup water, garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes. Remove from burner. While green beans cook, slice green onions thinly.
"Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Pat salmon fillets dry, and season flesh side with orange pepper and a pinch of salt.
Add salmon, skin side up, to hot pan and sear until golden brown and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side." Top with dill and butter, cover and set aside.
While salmon cooks, pick and coarsely chop dill.
Place creamy mashed potatoes in a microwave safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 1-2 min, till heated to 165, stirring halfway through. Add sour cream and sliced green onions** to mashed potatoes and stir to combine. Cover and set aside.
Plate according tot he photo topping salmon w/dill and butter.
