Prepare Remaining Ingredients
Chop Pepitas
Juice 1 half of limeQuarter Remaining -
Cook Salmon
1 tbs oil medium pan over medium heat
4-5 minutes each side or until 145. -
Finish Squash
Toss warm squash with 1 tsp lime juice, cheese, and chopped Pepitas.

Make Sauce and Plate
Same pan. Add cream and chipotle seasoning. Reduce 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Plate.
