1 Start Squash
Sliced into quarters 1 Tbs oil, ¼ tsp salt, mojito lime seasoning Prepared sheet pan 400 degree oven 20-25 minutes or until tender

2 Prepare Remaining Ingredients
Chop Pepitas Juice 1 half of lime Quarter Remaining

3 Cook Salmon
1 tbs oil medium pan over medium heat 4-5 minutes each side or until 145.

4 Finish Squash
Toss warm squash with 1 tsp lime juice, cheese, and chopped Pepitas.

5 Make Sauce and Plate
Same pan. Add cream and chipotle seasoning. Reduce 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Plate.
