Cooking Guidelines

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine corn and 1 tsp. olive oil in one section of provided tray. In empty section, combine salsa verde, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for corn), 2 Tbsp. water, and demi-glace. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Transfer corn to a mixing bowl and set aside. To sauce section, add brisket and mix thoroughly. Combine potatoes and 1 Tbsp. water in now-empty section of tray. Microwave on high uncovered until sauce is bubbling and brisket is heated through, 3-4 minutes. While meal cooks, halve lime. Stem cilantro and tear leaves. Carefully remove tray from microwave. In bowl with corn, combine sour cream, squeeze of half the lime, and remaining seasoning blend. To serve, top potatoes with corn mixture, cilantro, and cheese. Bon appétit!

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine corn and 1 tsp. olive oil in one section of provided tray. Bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Transfer corn to a mixing bowl and set aside. To sauce section, add brisket and mix thoroughly. Combine potatoes and 1 Tbsp. water in now-empty section of tray. Place tray on baking sheet again. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling and brisket is heated through, 8-10 minutes. While meal cooks, halve lime. Stem cilantro and tear leaves. Carefully remove tray from oven. In bowl with corn, combine sour cream, squeeze of half the lime, and remaining seasoning blend. To serve, top potatoes with corn mixture, cilantro, and cheese. Bon appétit!
