Make The Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Combine chicken, smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Place corn in same bowl. Microwave chicken until warm, 1-2 minutes.Combine onion dressing and salsa. Toss spinach, chicken, tomatoes, and corn with dressing. Garnish with tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
