Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Cook the Sausage
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.Add sausage to one provided tray and break into smaller pieces.Bake uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.While sausage bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Make the Sauce
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, cream cheese, garlic salt, and 1/4 cup water. Cream cheese will melt as sauce heats.
Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until hot, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir sauce until smooth. -
3 Bake the Meal
After 15-18 minutes, carefully remove Italian sausage tray from oven. Transfer half the Italian sausage to second provided tray.
Evenly divide pasta, marinara, kale, and sauce mixture between both trays and stir until coated. Top with pankoCover both trays with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!
