Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine carrots, ginger, bok choy, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray until evenly coated. Push to one side. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry, and place in empty side of tray. Top with sesame seeds and 1 tsp. olive oil.

3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Crumble sesame sticks. Drizzle hoisin sauce over chicken and vegetables. Garnish chicken with crushed sesame sticks. Bon appétit!
