Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Chicken
Finely crush wontons in shipping bag and place on a plate. Add sesame seeds and mix to combine. Spread into an even layer.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of pepper. Brush one side of chicken with soy sauce. Place chicken, soy sauce-side down, onto sesame seed-wonton mixture, pressing firmly to adhere to one side. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken, sesame seed-wonton-side down, to hot pan and cook until browned on one side, 2-4 minutes.
Remove from burner. Flip chicken and transfer to hot oven.Roast until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/2" dice.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands. -
4 Cook Vegetables and Finish Dish
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 3-5 minutes.
Uncover and add 1 tsp. olive oil, bell peppers, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 4-6 minutes.Add ginger and stir occasionally until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.Stir in garlic sesame sauce until combined and heated through, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
