If using ground turkey, add patties to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Potatoes
Place potatoes and 1 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until fork-tender, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and transfer potatoes to a clean, flat work surface. Potatoes will be hot! Use caution.Using the flat side of an object, press down gently to smash each potato until 1/2" thick. Season all over with potato spice seasoning and 1 Tbsp. olive oil.While potatoes microwave, continue recipe. -
2 Toast Rolls, Make Slaw, and Form Patties
Place rolls directly on oven rack, cut-side down. Toast in hot oven until slightly browned, 3-4 minutes.
While rolls toast, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, remoulade, and a pinch of pepper. Set aside.In another mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic salt, a pinch of pepper, and steak seasoning. Form mixture into 2 equally-sized patties, about 5" across.Carefully remove rolls from oven. Rolls will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Roast the Potatoes and Patties
Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.
Place patties on one half of sheet.Place potatoes on empty side of sheet.Roast in hot oven, 8 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
4 Add Cheeses and Finish Dish
Evenly top patties with shredded cheese. Patties will be hot! Use caution.
Evenly top potatoes with grated cheese. Potatoes will be hot! Use caution.Roast again in hot oven until cheeses are melted and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top bottom roll with patty, pickles, slaw, then top roll. Bon appétit!
