  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

  1. 1

    Roast the Tomatoes and Garlic

Mince half the garlic. Place remaining garlic cloves and 2 tsp. olive oil on a piece of foil and form a foil pouch around garlic.

Prick tomatoes with a fork. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.

Place tomatoes on prepared baking sheet. Toss with minced garlic, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into a single layer.

Place garlic pouch in empty corner of sheet.

Roast in hot oven until tomatoes release their juices and garlic cloves are tender, 15-20 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Transfer garlic cloves to a heat-safe mixing bowl and discard foil. Let cool, at least 5 minutes. Foil pouch will be hot! Use a utensil.

After 5 minutes, or once garlic is cool enough to handle, mash until smooth.

While tomatoes and garlic roast, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta and Prepare Ingredients

Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 9-11 minutes.

Remove from burner. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander and set aside.

While pasta boils, stem and coarsely chop parsley. Reserve a few leaves for garnish, if desired.

    Pat shrimp dry.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add shrimp to hot pan. Cook until pink and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Add the Sauce and Noodles

Add cream base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for ciabatta), 1 Tbsp. salted butter (reserve remaining for ciabatta), mashed garlic, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, add pasta, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir often until pasta is coated and sauce is slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.

If too thick, add pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

    Remove from burner.

  5. 5

Bake Garlic Bread and Finish Dish

Separate ciabatta and place on a clean, flat work surface. Evenly spread cut side of ciabatta with 1 Tbsp. salted butter. Evenly top with tomatoes-garlic mixture and remaining cheese. Tomato mixture will be hot! Use a utensil.

Discard foil and replace, if desired.

Bake in hot oven until ciabatta is slightly browned and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, halving garlic bread diagonally, and garnishing with reserved parsley, if desired. Bon appétit!
