Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Broccoli
Evenly divide broccoli between both provided trays.
Top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Have a little sous chef around? With supervision, have them help stir the broccoli.Cover both trays with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Tortellini and Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine cream base, 1/2 cup water, flour, mirepoix base, softened creme fraiche, and garlic salt. Stir until no dry flour remains. Set aside.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove both trays from oven and uncover.Evenly divide tortellini and sauce between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Cover both trays with foil. Trays will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays covered in hot oven until tortellini are tender and sauce is bubbling, 15-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, halve lemon and juice.Carefully remove trays from oven and uncover. Add 2 Tbsp. water and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice to both trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top tortellini with cheese. Bon appétit!
