Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine carrots, slaw mix, garlic, and 1 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 5 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Shrimp and Sauce
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine garlic-sesame sauce, gochujang (use less if spice-averse), cornstarch, and 2 Tbsp. water.
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.Carefully remove tray from oven.Add shrimp and sauce mixture to provided tray. Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Reserve bowl; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, trim and thinly slice green onions.In microwave-safe bowl used to make sauce, combine noodles and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and bowl from microwave. Transfer noodles to tray and stir to combine.To serve, garnish with green onions and wonton strips. Bon appétit!
