Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Using hands, break broccoli into 1" pieces. Halve lemon. Combine flour, garlic pepper, Alfredo sauce, 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, mirepoix base, and broccoli in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until cream cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in juice of half the lemon and 1/4 tsp. salt. Then stir in pasta and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish). Drain shrimp and pat dry. Top pasta with shrimp. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until shrimp is warmed though, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Mix well. To serve, garnish with remaining Parmesan and squeeze remaining lemon half over to taste. Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions

Then stir in pasta and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish). Drain shrimp and pat dry. Top pasta with shrimp. Cover tray again with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until shrimp is warmed though, 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Mix well. To serve, garnish with remaining Parmesan and squeeze lemon half over to taste. Bon appétit!
