Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Pork Filling
We recommend thoroughly washing your bok choy, as it may contain incidental grit or pests. To completely clean, place in a bowl covered with water and massage. Drain and pat dry.
Place ground pork in provided tray, breaking up into bite-sized pieces. Stir in bok choy, carrots, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 12-14 minutes.Pork will finish cooking in a later step.Carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
2 Add the Edamame and Sauces
Stir in Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning, Sriracha, orange ginger sesame sauce (use less of all three if spice-averse), edamame, and soy sauce until combined. Spread into an even layer.

3 Finish Pork Filling, Prepare Lettuce, and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-6 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Lettuce cups are a delicious but messy meal. For this recipe, they can easily be converted to a salad. Simply chop lettuce and top with pork filling after completing steps.While pork filling bakes, separate leaves of lettuce for cups. You should have about 5-6 cups total.To serve, fill lettuce cups with pork filling and garnish with wonton strips. Bon appétit!
