1 Microwave Instructions
Stem and tear cilantro leaves. Halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
In provided tray, combine pork, peach preserves, BBQ sauce, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until pork is heated through, 3-4 minutes.While pork heats, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, vinegar, mayonnaise, 1 tsp. lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.To serve, fill tortillas with pork, slaw, cilantro, and crispy onions. Squeeze lime wedges over to taste. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
