    Make the Tacos

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Microwave steak until warm, 1-2 minutes. Toss with taco seasoning until thoroughly coated. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave, 30 seconds. Fill tortillas with guacamole, steak, and cheese. Crush crispy jalapeños and sprinkle over tacos (to taste). Garnish with arugula. Bon appétit!
