Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine broccoli, diced chicken, pasta, garlic salt, cream cheese, caramelized onion jam, and chicken demi-glace in provided tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-28 minutes.

    Finish the Meal

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir in sour cream and top with crispy onions and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
