Roast The Sweet Potatoes
Place sweet potato fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer, and roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 15-17 minutes. Rest 5 minutes on baking sheet to firm up.

Form ground pork, sriracha(to taste), tamari, and seasoning blend into two patties, 5" in diameter.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and patties reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-6 minutes per side.
Transfer to a plate, Reserve pan; wipe clean.
Toast The Buns
In the same pan over low heat, place buns cut side down. Toast bread until lightly toasted, 2-3 minutes.
Make The Slaw
Add slaw mix and Sweet Chili sauce to a bowl until completely combined.
Finish The Dish
Spread mayo evenly on bottom buns. Top with pork patty, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
