Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Oven: If using oven, preheat to 375 degrees._ If using oven, place tray on baking sheet_Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry
Combine noodles, shredded beef, cabbage, snow peas, orange sauce, soy sauce, 3 Tbsp water, and red pepper flakes to taste (use less if spice-averse) in provided tray. Drizzle with 2 tsp olive oil, and ¼ tsp salt. Bake uncovered in hot oven for 12-15 min. Carefully remove from hot oven and season with ¼ tsp salt, and 2 Tbsp water. Stir thoroughly to combine. Garnish with sesame seeds
Microwave instructions: In provided tray combine snow peas and 2 Tbsp water. Cover with. damp paper towel and microwave on high for 1 min. Carefully remove hot tray and combine noodles, shredded beef, cabbage, snow peas, orange sauce, soy sauce, 3 Tbsp water, and red pepper flakes to taste (use less if spice-averse) in provided tray. Drizzle with 2 tsp olive oil, and ¼ tsp salt. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through 4-7 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from microwave, and stir thoroughly to combine. Garnish with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!"
