If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Yellow Squash
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Place yellow squash in prepared tray. Toss with garlic pepper and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until yellow squash is tender, 8-10 minutes.While yellow squash bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add Steaks and Bake Meal
Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes), a pinch of salt, and coarse black pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner.After 8-10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Push yellow squash to one side of tray and evenly top with panko and half the cheese (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes). Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Spray yellow squash with cooking spray.Transfer steaks to empty side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Bake uncovered in hot oven until steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Mashed Potatoes, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal
Place mashed potatoes, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and add remaining cheese. Vigorously stir to combine. Set aside.In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, and mushroom base. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir in creme fraiche until combined. Set aside.If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.To serve, top steak with sauce. Bon appétit!
