Everyone loves a steak with blue cheese, and now you can combine that deliciousness with pizza. A culinary Frankenstein, but instead of “it's alive,” you'll say “it's delicious!” Tip: To remove the core of a tomato, carefully making a circle with your knife around the stem, then remove circle.

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. steak strips, follow same instructions as 10 oz. steak strips, seasoning with ¼ tsp. salt and pepper and working in batches if necessary.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as steak strips in Steps 2, breaking into small pieces and cooking until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as steak strips in Steps 2, breaking up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using precooked shredded chicken, follow same instructions as steak strips in Steps 2, stirring occasionally, breaking up chicken, until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds.
Peel and halve shallot. Slice halves into thin strips.Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. -
Cook the Steak
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steak strips, seasoning blend, shallot, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Par-Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat side up.
Place baking sheet under hot broiler. Broil until beginning to brown around edges, 1-2 minutes.Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on flatbreads, as they may burn easily under broiler. -
Bake Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Carefully flip flatbreads. Top evenly with mozzarella, tomato, steak strip-shallot mixture, and blue cheese (to taste).
Place baking sheet under broiler againa and broil until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing flatbreads with arugula. Bon appétit!
