A note about serious food allergies

Everyone loves a steak with blue cheese, and now you can combine that deliciousness with pizza. A culinary Frankenstein, but instead of “it's alive,” you'll say “it's delicious!” Tip: To remove the core of a tomato, carefully making a circle with your knife around the stem, then remove circle.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds.

Peel and halve shallot. Slice halves into thin strips.

Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Remove from burner.

  3. 3

Place baking sheet under broiler againa and broil until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing flatbreads with arugula. Bon appétit!
