Recipe Steps

You Will Need

  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Medium Pot
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Before You Cook

    Cook the Noodles

    Once water is boiling, add rice noodles and cook until tender, 4-6 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander, rinsing with cold water. Drain again thoroughly and set aside. While noodles cook, prepare ingredients.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim and cut white portions of green onions into 1" lengths. Thinly slice green portions on an angle. Keep white and green portions separate. Separate steak strips into a single layer, pat dry, and season with a pinch of salt. If using flank steak, follow same instructions.

    Start the Stir Fry

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add carrots to hot pan and cook undisturbed until beginning to soften, 3-4 minutes. Add steak strips and white portions of green onions to pan and stir occasionally until no pink remains on steak, 4-6 minutes. If using flank steak, follow same instructions.

    Finish Stir Fry and Finish Dish

    Add noodles, satay sauce, and Sriracha (to taste) to pan and stir to combine. Remove from burner and season with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with peanuts and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
