Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare The Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized piecess
Roast The Broccoli
Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and garlic salt and spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and fork-tender, 14-16 minutes.
While broccoli cooks, prepare the steak.
Cook The Steak
Pat steaks dry, and season both sides with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
"Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan, and cook until browned and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. Rest cooked steaks 3 minutes. "
Reserve pan; wipe clean.
Make The Sauce
In the same pan over medium heat, add white wine and demi and bring to a simmer. Add butter and cook 1-2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Make Aioli and Finish The Dish
Add mayo, garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, and thyme to a small bowl until completely combined.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with aioli and broccoli with sauce. Bon appétit!
