Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 3, baking uncovered until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 16-18 minutes.

If using Impossible Burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 3, baking uncovered until burger is warmed through, 15-20 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 3, baking uncovered until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 17-22 minutes.

1 Prepare the Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix ground pork, panko, ricotta, and seasoned salt in provided tray until completely combined. Form into eight equally-sized meatballs. Place on one side of tray. -
2 Add the Vegetables and Sauce
Combine potatoes, peas, and 2 tsp. olive oil in empty side of tray. Top meatballs with stroganoff sauce.

3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Bon appétit!
