Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pot roast and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine pasta, portobello sauce, Dijon, garlic pepper, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with pot roast.

    Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Shred pot roast with two forks and mix into pasta.

    To serve, top pasta with crème fraîche and crispy onions. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pot roast and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine pasta, portobello sauce, Dijon, garlic pepper, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with pot roast.

    Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until warmed through, 12-14 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Shred pot roast with two forks and mix into pasta.

    To serve, top pasta with crème fraîche and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
