    Make Dish

    If using microwave,. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add peppers in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until 3 minutes until tender. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add pork, sundried tomato pesto, poulty seasoning and a pinh of salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Micorwave for 3 minutes, until the pork is heated through. while pork cooks make slaw. cut lemon into wedges. combine slaw, tzatziki, juice of ½ lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. Garnish tacos with slaw and feta and serve with lemon wedge. Bon appétit! If using oven, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add peppers in provided tray. Cover tray with tin foil. Bake until 15 minutes until tender. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add pork, sundried tomato pesto, poulty seasoning and a pinh of salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover tray with tin foil. Bake for 10 minutes, until the pork is heated through. while pork cooks make slaw. cut lemon into wedges. combine slaw, tzatziki, juice of ½ lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. Garnish tacos with slaw and feta and serve with lemon wedge. Bon appétit!
