Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Pork
Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add sliced pork and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Heat Rice and Prepare Snow Peas
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.While rice heats, trim ends off snow peas. -
3 Add the Snow Peas
Add snow peas, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until snow peas are bright green and fork-tender, 1-2 minutes.

4 Add Sauce and Finish Dish
Add sweet and sour sauce and 2 tsp. water to hot pan and stir occasionally until snow peas and pork are fully coated, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with pork and snow peas. Bon appétit!
