A note about serious food allergies
Takeout Chinese might be as speedy as these wraps, but you'll be missing the great flavors: garlic, ginger, sweet, and sour all melding together with mouthwatering ground pork. Not only do they come together as quickly as any fast food, but they're calorie-conscious and carb-conscious, too. Healthy, fast, and delicious? Goodbye, takeout. Tip: Don't fill up each cup too much, or they'll fall apart and you'll just have a delicious mess.
Due to our just-in-time sourcing model, we may have to send you a
substitute ingredient. Not to worry! We make sure every ingredient
sent to you meets our high quality standards. We’ll keep you
informed should a switch occur, so please check the ingredient
labels in your meal bag.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, breaking up until warmed through, 6-8 minutes. Vegetarian sausage will not brown.
If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, breaking up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches minimum internal temperature , 7-9 minutes.
If using steak strips, separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 2, stirring occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Separate leaves of lettuce for cups. Slight browning on the outer leaves is normal and edible, but you may trim outer leaves if desired.
Cook the Pork
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork, white portions of green onions, seasoning blend, and ¼ tsp. salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Remove from burner. Stir in Sriracha (to taste).
While pork cooks, make slaw.
Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, sweet chili sauce, green portions of green onions, and ¼ tsp. salt. Set aside.
Finish the Dish
Place a lettuce cup on a clean work surface (or layer two leaves for extra crunch). Fill with a few spoonfuls of filling and slaw.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing lettuce cups with crispy rice noodles. Bon appétit!
