Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. If using Impossible burger, break up until protein reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side. If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes. Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Cook the Rice
Bring a small pot with rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 1/4 cups water to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes.Stir butter into rice until melted and combined. Remove from burner and set aside.While rice cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and cut sweet potato into 1" dice.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until tender, 4-6 minutes.While potatoes microwave, cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli, mirepoix base, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.
Uncover and add microwaved sweet potatoes and Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste). Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and teriyaki glaze. Set aside.
Coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with vegetables. Garnish with sauce, crushed peanuts, and puffed red rice. Bon appétit!
