Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Pat chicken dry. Place in a single layer in one provided tray.Place rice in a single layer in second provided tray. Top with 1 cup water, broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover tray with foil. -
2 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays in hot oven (broccoli and rice covered and chicken uncovered) until broccoli is tender, water is absorbed, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

3 Finish the Dish
Carefully remove trays from oven.
Drain liquid from chicken tray. Stir in teriyaki glaze.To serve, garnish chicken with sesame seeds and top broccoli with sesame oil and soy sauce. Bon appétit!
