Recipe Steps

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine rice, beans, chicken, and seasoning in provided tray If using organic whole chicken breasts, cut into 1" dice, then follow same instructions.

    Top with Cheese

    Top rice and beans with cheese.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and garnish with guacamole. Bon appétit!
