Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Cook the Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground beef, and seasoning blend to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. Transfer ground beef to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.While beef cooks, prepare tomato. -
2 Prepare the Tomato
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" rounds.

3 Assemble the Pizza
Unroll dough and place on baking sheet, parchment paper side down. Parchment paper is oven-safe; you may also use foil if desired, or put parchment on foil to catch any drips.
Spread salsa evenly over dough. Top with ground beef and tomato slices. -
4 Bake the Pizza
Bake in hot oven until dough is browned and crispy, 14-18 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with arugula, sour cream, and cheese. Bon appétit!
