Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prep

    Cut mangos into chunks

    Mince garlic

    Chop bok choy (separate)

    Chop green onions (separate)

    Make Sauce & Cook Noodles

    Combine mangos, sweet thai chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.

    Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse under cold water. Set aside.

    Make & Cook Meatballs

    Combine pork, garlic, .5 tsp of salt, pinch of pepper and green onion bottoms in a mixing bowl. Form into 8 balls.

    In a large pan, heat 2 tsp olive oil. Cook meatballs until done. Remove from pan and set aside.

    Cook Bok Choy

    In the same pan, add bok choy bottoms and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add tops and cook another minute.

    Finish The Dish

    Add pork, mango sauce, and noodles to the pan and toss to combine. Garnish with scallion tops and wontons.
