    Assemble The Dish

    Place bok choy, rice, red onions, and asian garlic seasoning in the pan. Toss to combine.

    Top rice mixture with pork chops. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Bake in a hot oven until the rice is cooked and the pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes.
