Assemble The Dish
Place bok choy, rice, red onions, and asian garlic seasoning in the pan. Toss to combine.
Top rice mixture with pork chops. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.Bake in a hot oven until the rice is cooked and the pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chops with sweet chili sauce and wonton strips.
