Recipe Steps

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Mix potatoes and corn in provided tray until completely combined. Push to one side. Top with half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for chicken) and cheese.

    Add the Chicken

    Place chicken on empty side of tray and season with remaining seasoning blend. Top chicken evenly with BBQ sauce.

    Finish the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken at least 5 minutes. Crush tortilla strips and sprinkle over chicken. Bon appétit!
