Richness and creaminess abound in this quick and easy meal that tastes like it cost an arm and a leg and took hours of long work. Green beans are topped with tart and garlicky goat cheese, bringing the legumes from ordinary to magical. And the umami burst of truffle butter melts over the chicken like it was born to, bringing beautiful deep flavors to every bite. Tip: Line 'em up! The best way to remove the ends of green beans is to line them up evenly, then remove them with one cut.
